Purpose of Position: To prospect for and secure new facility sales in defined territory that increase patient count and meet or exceed budgeted sales projections.
Sales Functions:
- Identify prospects using available resources and databases
- Develop and maintain accurate prospect list for territory using sales database or other system of documentation
- Qualify opportunities, set appointments and establish new client relationships

Director of Nursing: This position is responsible for directing all functions of the Nursing Department for the Convalescent Center. This position is responsible for ensuring quality resident care and compliance with all applicable laws and policies in all assigned areas 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. This position is responsible for managing the total and comprehensive nursing care to all residents of the nursing home (4 units, 200 total residents. This will be accomplished by: planning, organizing, leading and overseeing the work of all nursing staff and evaluating the work of direct reports. This position is responsible for coordinating budget preparation for the department; monitoring departmental expenses each month; implementing appropriate measures to correct budgetary variances; monitoring the use of nursing personnel; monitor monthly pharmacy bills; assuring that the department is meeting the care and documentation standards of third party payors, such as Medicare, Medicaid and the VA.
Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing. M.S.N preferred. Must hold a current registration with the Board of Nurse Examiners for the state of Georgia. The position is responsible for providing executive leadership and ensuring appropriate management of the marketing and development function, resulting in the achievement of the organization’s business plans and objectives as they relate to the marketing and development function. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the performance of the marketing and development team.
