2009 Annual Business Meeting
The annual business meeting for Aging Services of Georgia (including Georgia Institute on Aging and Center for Positive Aging) will take place on Thursday, December 3, 2009, from 9:30 am until 1:30 pm (registration at 9:00 am), at Lenbrook in Buckhead (see directions below). The association is completing another year of strategic actions designed to increase the value you enjoy as a member. You are going to be greatly encouraged as you hear about the accomplishments we have made this year. These accomplishments would not have been possible without the actions taken by the membership at last year’s annual business meeting. With this in mind, we trust each member will send a representative to the meeting.
Provider members: Please complete this form to register for the meeting.
We will continue to post materials as there are available. Packets of materials will be available AT the meeting.

Do you serve "independent living" residents?
Many issues continue to emerge relating to ways to best serve residents living in “independent” settings. We would like to ask you to take a few minutes to respond to a brief survey. We will set up a conference call to discuss the results and implications for serving this changing population. Click Here to take survey.

Changing Lives
Words and Music by Craig Benelli
© 2009 Eighty Minute Music/ASCAP
I am here so I can have my story heard
About the difference I am making in the world
In my day to day nine to five
I’m holding hands holding lifetimes
Looking in their eyes
(I know that I’m)
CHORUS
Changing Lives
Changing Lives
Changing Lives
For the better for the better
Changing Lives
Changing Lives
Changing Lives
For the better for the better
(Changing Lives)
I don’t care much for crowns or accolades
Any fortune I would gladly sell or trade
For every tear and smile
In the lives I made worthwhile
Through every stage and mile
(They know that I’m)
CHORUS
BRIDGE
You’ve found a place to call home
Welcome to the place you call home
In the evening of their lives
Our mission is their right
For the care they deserve
Because they come first
That’s the vision we hold in sight
